在小学英语课堂上,很多教师因小学生年龄还比较小,对于很多事情的处理还不够全面,学生的能力也比较欠缺等原因,不愿意甚至没想过让学生参与课堂管理和课堂互助学习。事实上,这些小学阶段的学生虽然年龄比较小,但是点子特别多,思路也特别活跃,因此让他们参与到课堂管理和课堂互助学习的过程中不仅可行,而且还可以有效地提高学生的综合处理事情的能力,对于学生之后的发展很有好处。所以,教师要注意培养这些“小先生”
