绥化地区是黑龙江省松嫩平原西部苏达盐渍土集中区,主要分布以安达为中心的西部、西南部。整个松嫩平原苏达盐渍土和易发生盐渍化的碳酸盐草甸土总面积约有3,300多万亩。这部分土壤有机质含量在2—3%,土壤pH值7.5—8.5,含盐量在0.25%至0.5%。年平均粮食亩产只有100公斤左右。为改变这个地区粮食产量,在有灌溉条件的地方发展水稻生产,开始由于灌排工程不配套,农田基本建设薄弱,直播栽培,至使草荒、盐碱危害严重,春不保苗,夏季草荒,易遭低温冷害,造成贪青晚热,经济效益低,群众对种水稻 Suihua region is the west of Songnen Plain in Heilongjiang Province, Sudar saline soil concentration area, mainly to Anda as the center of the western and southwestern parts.
