目的食品微生物学能力验证试验,是利用实验室间比对确定疾控中心实验室检测、校准能力〔1〕,以完善和强化实验室质量管理体系,增强和提高实验室的市场竞争力。方法采用食品安全国家标准GB 4789.4-2010《食品微生物学检验沙门氏菌检验》〔2〕、SN/T 1870-2007《食品中致病菌检测方法实时PCR法》等方法〔3〕。结果样品T0504-D采用多种鉴定方法检测出可疑菌为甲型副伤寒沙门菌,细菌鉴定仪VITEK 2 COMPACT鉴定可信度达99%。结论中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)对本实验室检测的能力验证样品试验结果判断为满意。
