本文首先分析了导游心理成本的内涵、特点和类型;其次,从社会、行业、工作和导游个体四个层面探讨了导游心理成本的成因;最后,从社会环境的改善、旅行社管理的加强、导游自身素质的提高与态度的转变等方面提出应对之策,旨在提高民众对导游心理成本支付的关注,促进旅行社企业加强导游心理压力的疏导及导游自身心理调适和适应能力的提高,最终达到导游队伍素质的整体提高。
