为解决难以准确定位的复杂曲面零件的加工问题 ,从信息、控制与机械制造工艺及设备相结合的角度出发 ,提出自由曲面寻位加工这一新的曲面加工方法。对该方法所涉及的曲面零件的自动寻位、基于寻位信息的位姿自适应加工控制等关键问题给出了可行的解决办法。在此基础上开发了曲面零件寻位加工控制软件并进行了仿真验证。理论分析与实验结果表明 ,所提出的方法是可行的 ,为复杂自由曲面零件的无定位加工开辟了一条新的有效途径
In order to solve the machining problem of complex curved surface parts which is difficult to be accurately positioned, a new surface machining method of free curved surface positioning machining is put forward from the view of information, control and mechanical manufacturing process and equipment. This paper presents a feasible solution to the key problems such as the automatic positioning of the surface parts involved in the method, the adaptive pose control based on the position information of the positioning information. On this basis, the software for finding and processing of surface parts has been developed and verified by simulation. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible and opens up a new effective way for non-locating machining of complex free-form surface parts
