用晶体取向分布函数研究了含0.13%Cu的低碳镇静钢冷轧薄板再结晶退火过程织构的变化。结果表明,冷轧织构主要为平行于板面法线的<111>纤维织构组分和{001} <110>组分;此两组分的漫散构成平行于轧向的<110>部分纤维织构。在再结晶过程中<111>纤维织构增强,{001} <110>组分减弱,因而<110>部分纤维织构也逐渐收缩,表明它不是一个独立的织构组分。
The crystal orientation distribution function was used to study the texture change of recrystallization annealed low-carbon killed steel with 0.13% Cu. The results show that the cold-rolled texture is mainly composed of <111> fiber texture component and {001} <110> texture parallel to the plane of the board surface. The diffuse composition of the two components is parallel to the rolled <110> Part of the fiber texture. The texture of <111> fibers was enhanced and the {001} <110> component was weakened during the recrystallization. As a result, the texture of <110> fibers gradually shrank, indicating that it was not an independent texture component.
