目的观察一种强化戊二醛消毒液杀菌效果及其对金属的腐蚀性。方法用载体杀菌试验和理化试验方法,对该戊二醛消毒液进行了实验室和现场模拟试验。结果该强化戊二醛消毒液原液含戊二醛20.9 g/L。以其原液作用5 h,对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达到完全杀灭;对污染在模拟试验器械上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达到完全灭菌效果。连续使用14 d的该戊二醛消毒液,浸泡作用5 h,仍然能完全杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢。能量试验显示,对金黄色葡萄球菌的最低合格浓度为600 mg/L。该戊二醛消毒液原液浸泡72 h对不锈钢片、碳钢片、铜片、铝片均基本无腐蚀。结论该强化戊二醛消毒液具有良好的杀菌效果,对金属基本无腐蚀。
Objective To observe the bactericidal effect of a glutaraldehyde disinfectant and its corrosiveness to metals. Methods The carrier bactericidal test and physical and chemical test methods, the glutaraldehyde disinfectant conducted laboratory and field simulation test. Results The solution of glutaraldehyde disinfectant contained glutaraldehyde 20.9 g / L. With its stock solution for 5 h, the Bacillus subtilis black mutant was completely killed on the carrier; the Bacillus subtilis black mutant spores contaminated on the simulated test equipment were completely sterilized. Continuous use of the glutaraldehyde disinfectant for 14 d, soaking for 5 h, still completely killed B. subtilis black mutant spores. Energy tests showed that the minimum acceptable concentration for Staphylococcus aureus was 600 mg / L. The glutaraldehyde disinfectant liquid soak 72 h of stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, aluminum are basically non-corrosive. Conclusion The enhanced glutaraldehyde disinfectant has a good bactericidal effect, the basic metal corrosion.
