随着经济全球化速度的日益加快,电子企业在国际市场的竞争更加激烈,创立国际知名品牌能更好的吸引广大消费者,在国际市场占得一席之地。然而,我国电子企业在创立国际知名品牌时却遭遇了关键技术缺失、高新技术人才匮乏、原材料、劳动力成本不断上涨以及欧美日等发达国家的技术贸易壁垒等方面的挑战。为此,我国必须积极应对,在以下四个方面采取措施:与发达国家企业结成战略联盟、吸引和留住国际优秀科技人才、增加科技研发投入的力度等。
With the speeding up of economic globalization, the competition of electronic enterprises in the international market is more fierce. The establishment of international famous brands can better attract consumers and gain a place in the international market. However, when establishing an internationally renowned brand, China’s electronics enterprises have faced the challenges of lack of key technologies, lack of high-tech talent, rising raw materials and labor costs, and technical barriers to trade in Europe, the United States, Japan and other developed countries. To this end, our country must actively respond to and take measures in the following four aspects: forming strategic alliances with developed country enterprises, attracting and retaining international excellent scientists and technicians, and increasing the investment in R & D of science and technology.
