采选公司工艺过程自动控制系统的有效运行,通常取决于对矿石、配料和其它松散物料料流可靠数据的获得。获取该数据用的主要设备是连续动作的皮带秤。但是,现行苏联国家标准对皮带秤在使用条件和称量特性定期校定方面的严格要求往往达不到,从而导致许多生产部门拒绝使用皮带秤。
The efficient operation of a process automation control system at a mining company usually depends on the availability of reliable data on ores, ingredients and other loose material streams. The main equipment for obtaining this data is a belt scale that operates continuously. However, the strict requirements of the current Soviet Union national standards for the periodic calibration of belt scales in terms of service conditions and weighing characteristics have often not been achieved, resulting in the rejection of the use of belt scales in many production sectors.
