苏联于1981年2月7日公布的第801929号专利介绍了一种链式连续拉拔机,这种拉拔机可用来连续生产管材及棒材。拉拔机的特点是能够大大提高工件夹住的可靠性。链式连续拉拔机的结构如图所示,其动作原理简述如下:首先,将工件26送入拉模架1,当夹钳座6绕过从动链轮3进入拉拔线时,杠杆9与靠模10起作用,使夹钳处于张开状态,于是,工件26通过夹钳。当夹钳座进入拉拔线工作段时,杠杆9脱离靠模10,借弹簧8合拢,夹钳7夹住工件26进行拉拔。在第一个夹钳座6通过剪切装置12以后,传感器13发出脉冲,开动气缸15,滑块16下降,刀片23进入拉拔线
