针对矿井安全监控设备屏蔽外壳优化后仍偶有监控系统漏报警和误报警的问题,研究了沿着线路传播的传导干扰分布特性,提出一种矿井监控系统改进的分布式电源供电模式,实现从电源源头的干扰抑制;由于煤矿防爆要求限制了滤波电感和滤波电容的取值,针对井下电磁环境特点提出了优化滤波的方法,整合浪涌干扰抑制方法和电瞬变脉冲群滤波方法,引入铁氧体磁珠优化了复合滤波电路,从而在满足防爆要求的前提下提高了矿井安全监控系统的电磁兼容性,解决了矿井安全监控系统漏报警和误报警的问题。
Aiming at the problem that the shield case of the mine safety monitoring equipment is occasionally monitored and the alarm of leakage and false alarm are occasionally monitored, the distribution of conducted disturbances propagating along the line is researched. An improved distributed power supply mode of mine monitoring and control system is proposed. Because of the limitation of the explosion-proof requirements of coal mine, the value of filter inductor and filter capacitor is limited. Aiming at the characteristics of downhole electromagnetic environment, an optimized filtering method is proposed. The method of suppressing surge interference and the method of electrical transient pulse group filtering are introduced. The magnetic bead optimizes the composite filter circuit, thus improving the electromagnetic compatibility of the mine safety monitoring system under the premise of meeting the explosion-proof requirements and solving the problems of missing alarm and false alarm of the mine safety monitoring system.
