A new British study found that red wine is often beneficial to eyesight, but also to prevent future eye diseases. United Kingdom Hull University Eye Surgery Research Center, authoritative ophthalmology expert Dr. Mi Linde Pande said that the key to drinking red wine eye is one of resveratrol. This substance is a plant polyphenol found in red wine and purple grape. It helps to restrain the age-related deterioration of eye muscles and thus prevent vision problems. Dr. Pandee analysis pointed out that resveratrol can prevent uncontrolled vascular growth of the eye. Continued growth of ocular blood vessels easily lead to age-related macular degeneration, which led to decreased vision. Resveratrol helps protect eyesight and is especially helpful in preventing retinopathy in diabetic patients. Pande said that in addition to red wine, cabbage, broccoli, spinach and other foods also help to enhance eye muscles, with the role of protecting eyesight.
