应用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等研究了稀土铈对高碳高硼钢微观组织和性能影响的机理。结果表明,稀土铈的添加能显著提高高碳高硼钢的冲击韧性,同时可提高材料的磨损性能,但对硬度的影响不大。微观组织分析表明,其主要作用机理是稀土铈的存在可使高碳高硼钢中鱼骨状硼碳化物基本消失,大部分羽毛状硼碳化物熔断,粒状硼碳化物增多,硼碳化物分布更加均匀,初生奥氏体晶粒明显细化。
The effects of rare earth cerium on the microstructure and properties of high carbon high boron steel were investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the addition of rare earth cerium can significantly improve the impact toughness of high carbon high boron steel, while improving the wear properties of the material, but little effect on the hardness. The microstructure analysis shows that the main mechanism of action is that the presence of rare earth cerium can make fishbone bone boron carbides in high carbon high boron steel disappear, the majority of feather boric carbide melt, the granular boron carbides increase, the distribution of boron carbides More uniform, primary austenite grain refinement.
