1948年12月5日至14日,淮海战役进入关键时刻,总前委委员、华东野战军代司令员代政委粟裕率华东野战军指挥部进驻淮北相城,前后10天。在此期间,华野指挥部一方面调兵遣将配合中原野战军歼灭黄维兵团,一方面精心部署围歼杜聿明集团,为夺取淮海战役的完全胜利作出了重要贡献。鉴于目前这一史实尚未引起史学界的注意,本文略作探讨,以求教于方家。
From December 5 to December 14, 1948, the Huaihai Campaign entered a crucial moment.
