中国公路学会桥梁和结构工程学会与河南省公路学会联合召开的“桥梁学术讨论会”于1989年11月8日至11日在河南省郑州市举行。参加这次会议的有来自全国各省市自治区的科研、设计、施工单位、大专院校以及厂矿的代表近130人。会议期间河南省副省长刘源,中国公路学会桥梁和结构工程学会理事长蔡维之、副理事长戴竞,河南省公路学会理事长张景惠、省交通厅厅长曾锦城先后在会上讲话。
The “Bridge Symposium” jointly held by Society of Bridge and Structural Engineering of China Highway Society and Henan Provincial Highway Society was held in Zhengzhou, Henan Province from November 8 to November 1989. Attending this meeting were nearly 130 representatives of scientific research, design, construction units, tertiary institutions and factories and mines from all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country. During the meeting, Liu Yuan, vice governor of Henan Province, Cai Wei-zhi, chairman of the Bridge and Structural Engineering Society of China Society of Highway Vehicles, Dai Jing, vice chairman of the Institute of Bridge and Structural Engineering of China Highway Society, Zhang Jinghui, chairman of Henan Provincial Highway Society, and Zeng Jincheng, director of the Provincial Department of Communications, addressed successively at the meeting.
