防松是机器设备一个不可忽视的问题,尤其在矿山机器、航空工业中显得更为重要。本文从螺纹联接产生松脱现象的原因着手,进而提出防松措施。螺纹联接是利用螺纹另件构成的可拆联接,由于螺纹的升角一般为1.5°~3.5°(小于当量摩擦角ρ),联接具有自锁性,再加上螺纹联接支承面上的摩擦力矩的存在,从理论上来说,没有防松螺母的力矩存在的情况下,这种并螺纹联接旋紧后就永不自动松开。但实际情非如此,只有在静载荷下,联接不会自动松况
