经过近十年的高中教学实践我发现:在普通高中,学生素质参差不齐,又存在能力差异,导致不同学生对知识的领悟与掌握能力的差距很大,这势必对高中阶段的数学教学带来负面影响。此外,教学中还存在教材衔接问题,初、高中教学内容脱节,而教师在教学中又常常忽视知识的衔接问题,易造成高中学生接受新知识的困难。面对这些现实情况,我在教学中很注重“分层教学”的实施。
