硅堆具有整流效率高,耗电少,体积小,机械性能好,寿命长等优点。所以,目前矿井电气设备中广泛应用着硅堆作为整流元件或构成三相电路的人为中性点。下面谈一点硅堆在使用中的几点体会。 (1)在煤矿电气没备中硅堆是在工频电源状态下工作的,因此,应选用工频电压硅堆。这种硅堆要求正向压降低,反向击穿电压高,反向漏电流小,至于整流效率不必多考虑。假若选用高频硅堆用于工频电气设备中,其价格要高出2~3倍,相当不经济。 (2)为了提高硅堆在煤矿电气设备中使用的安全性、可靠性,在安装时应注意尽量远离主线路等发热元件。同时,硅堆要水平放置,因为竖直放置会使其功率容量减小。 (3)使用硅堆时,还要避免使硅堆对地有过大的
