研究了通过调节数控机床伺服参数,控制极限切削宽度来抑制切削颤振的新方法。文中建立了包括机械系统、伺服系统及切削颤振环节的数控机床切削系统模型。该模型全面反映了各环节间的相互影响。通过仿真分析了切削系统的稳定性,并通过实验描绘了极限切削宽度与伺服系统参数的关系曲线,为数控强力切削过程中抑制颤振提供了可靠依据。仿真和实验结果表明,数控机床伺服参数与极限切削宽度具有映射关系,文中所述方法实用、可靠。
A new method of suppressing chattering by adjusting the servo parameters of CNC machine tool and controlling the limit cutting width was studied. The paper builds the cutting system model of CNC machine tools including mechanical system, servo system and chattering. The model fully reflects the interaction between the various links. The stability of the cutting system is analyzed through simulation. The curve of the limit cutting width and the parameters of the servo system is drawn experimentally, which provides a reliable basis for suppressing the chatter in the process of CNC powerful cutting. The simulation and experimental results show that the servo parameters of NC machine have a mapping relationship with the cutting width of cut. The method described in this article is practical and reliable.
