产学研合作是指企业、高校和科研院所面对市场需求和共同利益,以各自拥有的资源进行科学研究、技术研发、产品生产、市场开拓等一系列开发、经营活动。产学研合作是基于创新而进行的合作,其实质是促进技术创新所需各种生产要素的有效组合。本文介绍我国产学研合作的多种创新模式,针对目前存在的问题进行分析和研究。
Industry-university-research cooperation refers to a series of development and management activities carried out by enterprises, universities and research institutes in the face of market demand and common interests, with their respective resources for scientific research, technology research and development, product production and market development. Industry-university-research cooperation is a cooperation based on innovation, and its essence is an effective combination of various factors of production needed to promote technological innovation. This article introduces a variety of innovative modes of cooperation between industry, universities and research institutes in our country, and analyzes and studies the existing problems.
