中国水产学会渔业制冷与水工专业委员会1996年度年会暨学术交流会于1996年12月11日在上海水产大学召开。上海水产大学食品学院院长葛茂泉副教授和上海中洋经济技术发展公司孔庆源高级工程师主持了会议。中国水产学会副理事长，上海水产大学校长周应棋教授，原上海水产大学校长 Fisheries Refrigeration and Water Engineering Committee of China Fisheries Association 1996 annual meeting and academic exchange meeting was held on December 11, 1996 at Shanghai Fisheries University.
