二十一世纪是学习的世纪,又是创新的世纪,学生学会学习是新世纪必备的素质,而创新潜能的培养是核心。为此,我们教师在教学中,要优化教学方法,帮助学生树立创新意识,有效地发展他们创新思维,要善于运用科学方法,进行开发每一位学生的创造力资源,要创设和谐环境,培养自主探索,去展示每一位学生的聪明才智。同时要注重质疑技巧,培养创新欲望,去开拓创新精神;另外,还要运用生活现象,引导他们进行自主学习,进而实现培养学生创新潜能的目的。下面,结合本人多年数学教学实践经验,提出几点对《优化教学方法,培养创新潜能》的肤浅认识,以求教于各位专家和同仁。
The 21st century is a century of learning and a century of innovation. Students learn to learn is an essential quality in the new century, and cultivation of innovative potential is the core. To this end, we teachers in teaching, to optimize the teaching methods to help students establish a sense of innovation and effective development of their innovative thinking, should be good at using scientific methods to develop each student’s creative resources, we must create a harmonious environment and train Independent exploration, to show every student’s intelligence. At the same time, we should pay attention to questioning skills, cultivating the desire for innovation and pioneering the spirit of innovation. In addition, we should also use the phenomenon of life to guide them in autonomous learning so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating students’ innovative potential. The following, combined with my years of teaching experience in mathematics, put forward a few “on the optimization of teaching methods, training innovative potential” superficial knowledge, to seek advice in the experts and colleagues.
