从 1 989年开始到 1 997年 1 0月底 ,大庆油田采油三厂共安装了 1 41套两相微机计量装置 ,这些装置自使用以来 ,方案不断完善 ,设备不断更新 ,经过几年的调试、维修和应用 ,该项新技术、新工艺的发展及应用范围日趋广泛。从各种两相计量方案在采油三厂的应用情况可以看出 ,A方案装置简单 ,可以满足一般油井的计量 ,AV方案主要适用于产气量较高 ,特别是产液量也较高的油井 ,AP方案主要适用于油井产液量和产气量较低的油井 ,APF方案可以提高油井的计量准确度 ,SDC— 94方案是在总结前几种方案优点后而发展起来的一种适应性较强的最优化计量方案。从现场运行情况看 ,SDC— 94方案可靠性强 ,准确率高 ,适应性强 ,故障率低 ,可满足计量间各种油井的计量要求 ,可以推广应用
