胃癌系消化道常见的恶性肿瘤,发病率高,早期诊断有一定困难,等出现症状再经检查确定诊断,大部分病例已至晚期,致使手术疗效不够理想。本文总结本院近十五年来胃癌病例400例。发现从肉眼观察和病理切片检查有75％以上的病例已有转移,证实为晚期,为此本组手术后五年生存率也较国内文献报道为低。今后应争取三早即早期发现,早期诊断,早期治疗才能提高疗效,现将本组病例情况分析报告如下。 Gastric cancer is a common malignancy of the digestive tract. The incidence is high. Early diagnosis is difficult. When the symptoms are diagnosed, the diagnosis is made. Most of the cases have reached a late stage, resulting in an unsatisfactory curative effect. This article summarizes 400 cases of gastric cancer in our hospital over the past 15 years. It was found that more than 75% of the cases had metastasized from the naked eye and pathological examinations, which proved to be advanced. For this reason, the 5-year survival rate after surgery in this group was also lower than that reported in domestic literature. In the future, early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment should be strived for in order to improve the efficacy. The analysis of the cases in this group is now reported as follows.
