The center is a professional quality inspection organization established on the basis of years of scientific research and industrial and technical work experience at the General Parts Laboratory of the Institute of Mechanical Standardization. It passed measurement certification and agency accreditation in 1990 and was approved by the China National Laboratory Accreditation Committee in 1994. Is one of the laboratories that passed the accreditation earlier in the country. In 2000, it passed the accreditation committee of the National Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Laboratory of China.
