随着当今社会的发展和科学技术的进步,用人单位对会计人才培训有了更高的要求,不但需要实现学生的全面发展,还要贴合市场对人才的需求。在会计教学中,实训课程是重头,通过实训可以培养学生的实践意识,提高实际操作水平。实行实训一体化教学模式,就是要充分结合理论和实践,督促学生会计知识的全方位掌握,并运用到实际工作中。对会计实训一体化教学模式进行简单解析,并对其构建思路等内容进行具体的论述。
