目的:观察抗毒补心胶囊对环磷酰胺(CTX)所致免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:注射CTX形成免疫低下小鼠模型,ig给予不同剂量的抗毒补心胶囊(4,8 g.kg-1)和阳性对照药香菇多糖片(10 g.kg-1),以小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和吞噬指数,外周血白细胞数及淋巴细胞转化率为观察指标。结果:ig给予抗毒补心胶囊4 g.kg-1后小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率和淋巴细胞转化率分别为(63.2±10.9)%和(47.33±6.18)%,ig给予8 g.kg-1的为(57.4±10.2)%和(43.07±6.23)%。抗毒补心胶囊对CTX致小鼠外周血白细胞减少有明显提升作用(P<0.05),并能明显改善CTX所致小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和淋巴细胞转化率的降低(P<0.05)。结论:抗毒补心胶囊能增强CTX致免疫功能低下小鼠免疫功能,对免疫失衡机体具有保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Kangdu Buxin Capsule on immune function of immunosuppressive mice induced by cyclophosphamide (CTX). Methods: The immunosuppressive mice model was established by CTX injection. Anti-drug Buxin capsule (4, 8 g.kg-1) and positive control lentinan (10 g.kg-1) Peritoneal macrophage phagocytic rate and phagocytic index, peripheral blood leukocytes and lymphocyte transformation rate as indicators. RESULTS: The phagocytic rate and lymphocyte transformation rate of peritoneal macrophages of mice after anti-drug bursitis capsule 4 g · kg-1 were (63.2 ± 10.9)% and (47.33 ± 6.18)%, respectively. (57.4 ± 10.2)% and (43.07 ± 6.23)% for kg-1. Anti-drug Buxin Capsule can significantly improve the peripheral blood leukopenia induced by CTX in mice (P <0.05), and can significantly reduce the phagocytic rate and lymphocyte transformation rate of peritoneal macrophages induced by CTX in mice (P <0.05 ). Conclusion: Kangdu Buxin Capsule can enhance the immune function of CTX-induced immunocompromised mice and protect the immune imbalance in mice.
