在企业经营管理工作中,财务管理机制犹如江河中的水闸,交通路口的红绿灯,气象台站的测报仪。它在企业经营管理活动全过程中——商品购销调存,资金调度,经济核算,效益分配和发展预测等方面,起着服务、监督、调控和参与决策的作用。一个企业,无论其规模大小,内部机构多少,别的部门可以不要,而财务部门却是少不了的。否则,企业这部机器就难以启动和运转。
