一、前言 近年来,国外大部分飞机已采用锻铝、锻镁来生产机轮,成型方法有等温模锻、精锻等。国内也已出现用锻铝代替铸镁生产机轮的趋势。我厂机轮研制的“七五”规划中,也提出了“以铝代镁、以锻代铸”的方针。目前由于受国内锻压技术和锻压设备的限制,新型机轮都是用大尺寸锻坯加工而成。生产周期长、成本高,远不能满足新机研制与生产的需要。
I. Foreword In recent years, most foreign aircraft have adopted forged aluminum, forging magnesium to produce wheels, forming methods areothermal forging, forging and so on. China has also emerged with cast aluminum instead of cast magnesium production wheel trend. In the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” developed by our factory wheel, we also put forward the policy of “taking aluminum magnesium instead of forging and casting”. At present due to domestic forging technology and forging equipment constraints, the new wheels are made of large-size forged billet. Long production cycle, high cost, far from meeting the needs of new machine development and production.
