研究结果表明:(1)甘蓝型油菜核不育系9012A与显性上位互作核不育6AB在恢复关系上明显不同,是不同于显性上位互作核不育的一种新的互作核不育类型。其育性受2对隐性重叠不育基因与一对隐性上位抑制基因互作控制。(2)控制9012A和S45A的不育基因是非等位的,在甘蓝型油菜中存在至少2套隐性重叠不育基因。进一步的研究显示隐性上位基因与隐性重叠不育基因之间的互作可能是非专一性的。这对现有双隐性核不育杂种优势利用具有重要的意义。
The results showed that: (1) The male sterile line 9012A of Brassica napus was significantly different from the dominant male sterile line 6AB, which was a new interaction different from the dominant superordinate nuclear male sterile Nuclear infertility type. The fertility was controlled by two pairs of recessive overlapping sterility genes and a pair of recessive upper inhibitory genes. (2) Sterile genes controlling 9012A and S45A are non-allelic, and at least 2 sets of recessive overlapping sterility genes exist in Brassica napus. Further studies have shown that interactions between recessive epistatic genes and recessive overlapping sterile genes may be nonspecific. This is of great significance for the utilization of the existing heterotic recessive heterotrophic heterosis.
