主要对近年来原燃料劣化后重钢2500m~3高炉的应对措施进行回顾总结。在原燃料不断劣化的情况下,分析研究炉料性能变化和特点,采取了一系列技术管理措施,如优化原燃料管理,选择适宜的冶炼强度,优化上下部制度,维持合理的操作炉型,建立针对性渣铁排放制度等,2014年3月以来,炉况顺行状况明显改善,技术经济指标逐步改善。2500m~3高炉的生产实践表明,原燃料劣化后,通过粗粮细作和制度优化,可以使高炉稳定顺行得到相对改善,从而达到降低炼铁成本的目的。
The paper mainly reviews the countermeasures of heavy steel 2500m ~ 3 blast furnace after the deterioration of raw materials in recent years. In the case of deteriorating raw materials, we analyzed and researched the change and characteristics of charge performance, and adopted a series of technical management measures such as optimizing raw fuel management, selecting suitable smelting intensity, optimizing the upper and lower system, maintaining a reasonable operating furnace, Etc., since March 2014, the furnace condition has been significantly improved and the technical and economic indicators have been gradually improved. 2500m ~ 3 blast furnace production practice shows that after the deterioration of raw fuel, fine grain through coarse grain and system optimization, the blast furnace can be relatively stable along the line to be relatively improved, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing ironmaking costs.
