自1986年3月仪表局召开第一届全国仪器仪表出口工作会议以后,经过一年的奋发努力,各仪器仪表企业和外贸公司密切配合,认真贯彻国务院128号文件精神,不但仪器仪表出口创汇额明显上升,而且在组织出口产品生产体系,开发适销对路产品以及工贸结合等方面均有良好开端。1986年仪器仪表企业出口创汇额为2264万美元,比计划指标1500万美元超额了50.9%,从而结束了“六五”期间年出口额徘徊
Since March 1986, the Instrument Bureau held the first national instrument and meter export work conference. After one year of hard work, the instrument and meter companies and foreign trade companies have closely cooperated and earnestly implemented the spirit of No. 128 document of the State Council, not only the export value of instrument and instrument foreign exchange. It has obviously risen, and it has made a good start in organizing export product production systems, developing marketable products, and combining industry and trade. In 1986, the export value of instrument and instrument companies was USD 22.64 million, which was more than 50.9% of the planned target of USD 15 million, thus ending the annual export volume during the “6th Five-Year Plan” period.
