本文报导了人参皂甙-Rh_2′的半合成。从廉价的人参茎叶中得到的甙元人参二醇与四乙酰基溴代葡萄糖缩合,再经脱乙酰基即得到人参皂甙-Rh_2′。
This article reports the semi-synthesis of ginsenoside-Rh2’. Ginseng panaxadiol obtained from the cheap ginseng stems and leaves is condensed with tetraacetyl bromoglucose, and then deacetylated to obtain ginsenoside-Rh 2’.
