透明氧化铝与铌金属的封接是用氧化物焊料实现的,用光学显微镜和电子探针显微分析仪研究了两种材料之间的界面。用于该试验的氧化物焊料是一种结晶质焊料,是由CaO,Al_2O_3,MgO和B_2O_3的结晶所组成,并且不含有碱金属的氧化物。试验结果如下: (1)真空密封封接是用这种技术实现的; (2)由于封接过程而转变成玻璃-陶瓷结构的焊料包含有3CaO·Al_2O_3,CaO·Al_2O_3和MgO·Al_2O_3的主晶相;
The sealing of the transparent alumina with the niobium metal is achieved with oxide solders. The interface between the two materials was investigated using an optical microscope and an electron probe microanalyzer. The oxide solder used in this test is a crystalline solder consisting of crystals of CaO, Al 2 O 3, MgO and B 2 O 3 and free of alkali metal oxides. The experimental results are as follows: (1) vacuum sealed sealing is achieved by this technique; (2) the solder transformed into a glass-ceramic structure due to the sealing process contains mainly 3CaO · Al 2 O 3, CaO · Al 2 O 3 and MgO · Al 2 O 3 Crystal phase
