对孔底水压冲击器结构和冲击系统运动过程进行了阐述,基于功率键合图理论描述了冲击系统的能量分配、传递、消耗和贮存状态,建立了冲击系统状态方程组,构建了冲击系统试验仿真模型,获得了活塞和配流阀阀芯的位移、速度、加速度等动态特性曲线。仿真值与计算值接近,验证了模型的正确性。论文研究方法与结果对孔底水压冲击器结构设计与优化提供了重要的理论依据。
Based on the theory of power bond graph, the energy distribution, transfer, consumption and storage status of impulse system are described. The state equations of impulse system are established, and the impact system The simulation model is obtained, and the dynamic characteristics such as the displacement, velocity and acceleration of piston and distribution valve spool are obtained. The simulation value is close to the calculated value, which verifies the correctness of the model. The paper research methods and results provide an important theoretical basis for the structural design and optimization of bottom hole hydraulic impactor.
