培养学生“初步运用英语交际的能力”是英语素质教学的目标,而语言能力是交际能力的基础。学习英语的关键是培养和提高“听、说、读、写”四种基本能力。在这四种能力的培养过程中,培养听的能力尤为重要,提高中学生英语听力能力不仅利于说、读、写技能的提高,而且更利于语言的日常交际。对此,教师应该将“听”置于英语教学四项基本技能之首,它是“说”“读”“写”的先决条件,只有听懂了,听的能力提高了,才会说,读和写。本文着重分析产生听力困难的原因和克服听力困难的方法,希望有助于提高学生的听力水平,从而掌握英语这门语言。
Cultivating students’ ability to “preliminarily use English communication” is the goal of English quality teaching, and language ability is the basis of communicative competence. The key to learning English is to cultivate and improve the four basic abilities of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. In the cultivation of these four abilities, it is particularly important to develop the ability to listen. To improve middle school students’ English listening ability is not only conducive to the improvement of speaking, reading and writing skills, but also more conducive to the daily communication of language. In this regard, teachers should place “listen” at the top of the four basic skills of English teaching. It is a prerequisite for “say”“read”“write”. This article focuses on the analysis of the causes of hearing difficulties and methods for overcoming hearing difficulties. It is hoped that this will help improve students’ listening ability and master the English language.
