培养学生“初步运用英语交际的能力”是英语素质教学的目标,而语言能力是交际能力的基础。学习英语的关键是培养和提高“听、说、读、写”四种基本能力。在这四种能力的培养过程中,培养听的能力尤为重要,提高中学生英语听力能力不仅利于说、读、写技能的提高,而且更利于语言的日常交际。对此,教师应该将“听”置于英语教学四项基本技能之首,它是“说”“读”“写”的先决条件,只有听懂了,听的能力提高了,才会说,读和写。本文着重分析产生听力困难的原因和克服听力困难的方法,希望有助于提高学生的听力水平,从而掌握英语这门语言。 Cultivating students’ ability to “preliminarily use English communication” is the goal of English quality teaching, and language ability is the basis of communicative competence.
