过去,每当计算喷油泵的泵油量时,总是将柱塞上直斜槽的平面展开曲线,近似地看作直线来计算其泵油量的。这种做法,若在理论上要进一步对喷油规律进行分析与研究,就会使研究者感到近似公式满足不了研究的要求。本文就是根据洛拖油泵分厂,在对喷油规律分析研究时所提出的、并且希望解决的一个数学问题:“关于喷油泵柱塞有效泵油行程的精确计算公式”而作的解答。为解决所提问题,我们先求斜截圆柱上截痕的展开曲线方程。
In the past, whenever calculating the amount of pump oil in a fuel pump, the plane of the straight chute on the plunger was always flattened and approximated as a straight line to calculate its pump volume.
