目的提高食品安全检测能力,增强实验室竞争力。方法 2011年,本中心参加CNAS认可能力验证合格提供者山东出入境检验检疫局(CNASPT0011)组织的食品微生物能力验证。依据国家标准GB4789.2-2010和GB4789.4-2010,采用多稀释度、多平行样法,对代码为PTA菌落总数、PTB-1沙门氏菌、PTB-2沙门氏菌样品进行检测鉴定。结果样品PTA中菌落总数为590cfu/mL;样品PTB-1沙门氏菌:未检出/10mL;样品PTB-2沙门氏菌:检出/10mL。结论 3个样品测试均取得满意结果,且Z(比分值)小于1(Z值绝对值小于等于2为满意结果)。本中心实验室2个项目均取得满意结果。
Objective To improve food safety testing capabilities and enhance laboratory competitiveness. Methods In 2011, the Center participated in the verification of food microbiological capability organized by Shandong Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (CNASPT0011), a qualified provider of CNAS accreditation proficiency testing. According to the national standards GB4789.2-2010 and GB4789.4-2010, the samples with the numbers of PTA colonies, Salmonella PTB-1 and Salmonella PTB-2 were detected and identified by using the method of multi-dilution and multi-parallel method. Results The total number of colonies in sample PTA was 590 cfu / mL; sample PTB-1 Salmonella: undetected / 10 mL; sample PTB-2 Salmonella: detected / 10 mL. Conclusion All the three samples have satisfactory results, and Z (score) is less than 1 (absolute value of Z is less than or equal to 2). The Center Laboratory 2 projects have achieved satisfactory results.
