目的探讨人性化护理在手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取景德镇市第一人民医院2015年2月—2016年2月行手术治疗的80例患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组患者在常规护理基础上给予人性化护理,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者护理满意度、紧张情绪缓解率。结果观察组患者护理满意度、紧张情绪缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在手术患者中的应用效果确切,可有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing in surgical patients. Methods Eighty patients undergoing surgery in the First People’s Hospital of Jingdezhen from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases each. Patients in the observation group were given humane care on the basis of routine nursing, while those in the control group were given routine care. The two groups of patients were compared with nursing satisfaction and nervousness remission rate. Results In the observation group, the satisfaction rate of nursing and the relief rate of tension were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in surgical patients is effective, which can effectively relieve the anxiety of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
