目的:考察不同来源黄芪皂苷提取物对体外脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响。方法:MTT法分别检测3批黄芪皂苷提取物对正常脾淋巴细胞、ConA诱导脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果:各批样品对正常脾淋巴细胞增殖均有显著抑制作用,且高质量浓度(166 mg·L-1)抑制作用最强;各批样品对经ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞,质量浓度为16.6~166 mg·L-1时有显著抑制作用,质量浓度为1.66 mg·L-1时有明显促增殖作用。结论:不同来源黄芪皂苷提取物的免疫活性作用趋势相同,但作用强度存在差异。
Objective: To investigate the different sources of astragalus saponin extract on proliferation of splenic lymphocytes in vitro. Methods: MTT assay was used to detect the effect of three batches of Astragaloside on normal splenic lymphocytes and ConA-induced splenic lymphocyte proliferation. Results: Each batch of samples had a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of normal splenic lymphocytes, and the highest concentration of 166 mg · L -1 was the strongest inhibitory effect. For each batch of samples, the concentration of ConA-induced spleen lymphocytes was 16.6 ~ 166 mg · L-1, and significantly increased the proliferation when the concentration was 1.66 mg · L-1. Conclusion: The immunological activities of astragalus saponin extracts from different sources have the same tendency, but the intensity of action is different.
