随着全球信息化的快速进程,数字化科技已成为目前的潮流,在这种全球数字化的大环境下,传统的档案管理模式受到了极大的挑战,档案信息数字化是档案管理事业发展中的必然趋势。我国档案数字化起步较晚,其现代建设依然存有一定的滞后性,作为档案界今后的主要存在形式,对其展开相应的探讨是很有必要的。本文首先简要介绍了数字化档案的概念,之后就档案数字化发展所面临的问题进行了解析,并提出了行之有效的解决方法,最后探析了档案事业的发展方向,即-数字化档案。以作参考。
With the rapid progress of global informationization, digital technology has become the current trend. Under the global environment of digitalization, the traditional file management mode has been greatly challenged. Digitization of archival information is inevitable in the development of the file management industry trend.
