目的探讨双黄连注射液对免疫功能低下机体补体系统的影响。方法采用微量CH50法测定血清补体总量。免疫酶法测定补体介导的免疫复合物溶解能力(CMS)。结果双黄连经腹腔注射5ml/kg、15ml/kg、25ml/kg均能拮抗氢化可的松所致的小鼠免疫功能抑制,双黄连能使补体总量、CMSC的水平增高(P<0 .05),其强度以大剂量最显著,接近正常水平。结论双黄连能提高免疫功能低下机体的免疫功能,为临床治疗小儿病毒性肺炎等感染性疾病所致的继发免疫功能低下提供了充足的理论依据。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shuanghuanglian injection on the complement system of immunocompromised patients. Methods The total amount of serum complement was determined by micro-CH50 method. The complement-mediated immune complex lysis capacity (CMS) was determined by immunoenzymatic assay. Results The intraperitoneal injection of Shuanghuanglian by 5ml/kg, 15ml/kg, and 25ml/kg could antagonize the immune function inhibition induced by hydrocortisone in mice. Shuanghuanglian could increase the total amount of complement and CMSC levels (P<0. 05), its intensity is most pronounced in large doses, close to normal levels. Conclusion Shuanghuanglian can improve the immune function of immunocompromised organisms and provide a sufficient theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of children with viral pneumonia and other infectious diseases caused by secondary immune function.
