利用机械振动理论、动力分析有限元法,结合齿轮哨合理论,配合有关试验手段,研究斜齿轮系统耦合振动的动力学建模问题,同时进行结合部参数识别。对齿轮一传动轴一箱体系统在耦合振动条件下的动力学特性进行全面分析,为齿轮的动态特性优化提供理论基础。
The mechanical vibration theory and dynamic analysis finite element method are combined with the gear whistling theory and the relevant experimental methods to study the dynamic modeling of the coupled vibration of the helical gear system and to identify the joint parameters. The dynamic characteristics of gear-shaft-box system under coupled vibration conditions are analyzed comprehensively to provide theoretical basis for the optimization of gear dynamic characteristics.
