高职院校培养的人才,是以建设、生产、管理和服务第一线的高水平技术技能型专门人才,在“大众创业,万众创新”的时代,更应该大力培养学生创新创业素质,引导学生从被动适应社会到主动适应社会。为提高高职创新创业教育的效能,对高职大学生的创新创业教育模式进行研究,是很有必要的。为此,文章以K学院社会工作专业为例,结合高职大学生认知规律和创新创业教育现状,以知识管理理论为指导探讨新形势下高职大学生创新创业教育模式。在多年实践后,文章的结论认为,在知识管理视角下,高职大学生创新创业教育模式,需要进行多维化设计,构建一个梯级化教育体系。在创新创业教育的具体实施过程中,既要贯彻知识管理的理念,也要与高职的实际情况相结合,同时也不能脱离学生所学专业的实际。
The talents trained by higher vocational colleges are based on the first-class high-level technical and technical talents in the field of construction, production, management and service. In the era of “public entrepreneurship and innovation”, we should vigorously cultivate the quality of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship , Guide students from passive to adapt to the community to take the initiative to adapt to society. In order to improve the efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to study the innovation and entrepreneurship education pattern of higher vocational college students. To this end, the article takes social work major of K college as an example, and combines the cognition law of higher vocational college students with the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education. With knowledge management theory as the guidance, this article probes into the innovation and entrepreneurship education mode of higher vocational college students under the new situation. After many years of practice, the conclusion of the article holds that under the perspective of knowledge management, the innovation and entrepreneurship education mode of higher vocational college students needs to be designed in a multi-dimensional manner and a staged education system should be constructed. In the process of carrying out the innovation and entrepreneurship education, we must not only carry out the concept of knowledge management, but also combine with the actual situation of higher vocational education.
