The “Wuge” metaphor, which is characterized by the harmonious pronunciation of the key words, is an important symbol for identifying the Wu Sheng songs. For more than two thousand years, the songs of “Wuge” have been attacked by their descendants and developed with the migration of the population. The “Wuge” ballads preserved in the coastal areas of Guangxi and in the Pearl River Basin are one of the remains of Wu Sheng songs, of which the most typical ones are Yulin, Wuzhou, Qinzhou and Liuzhou. This article attempts to interpret the music phenomenon from the perspective of music and music, which leads to some related topics.
