2010年12月28日,2011年全国交通运输工作会议在北京隆重召开。中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理张德江出席代表座谈会并作重要讲话。交通运输部党组书记、部长李盛霖作了题为“加快转变交通运输发展方式、开创‘十二五’交通运输科学发展新局面”的工作报告。
On December 28, 2010, the 2011 national transportation work conference was grandly held in Beijing. Zhang Dejiang, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice premier of the State Council, attended the symposium and made an important speech. Li Shenglin, party secretary and minister of the Ministry of Transport, made a speech titled “Accelerating the Transformation of the Mode of Transportation Development and Creating a New Situation for the Scientific Development of Transportation in the 12th Five-Year Plan”.
