采用PAM-STAMP_2G2011软件对车门防撞梁热冲压成形过程进行了数值模拟分析。通过对高温冲压阶段的模拟,分析了压边力、摩擦系数、模具间隙对板料成形性能的影响;通过对保压淬火阶段的模拟,预测了淬火效果,验证了模型的可行性。实际生产试验与模拟结果吻合,表明数值模拟可以对超高强度钢热冲压成形过程进行准确分析,为板料成形的设计和生产提供可靠依据。
The PAM-STAMP_2G2011 software was used to simulate the hot stamping process of door impact beam. Through the simulation of the high temperature stamping stage, the influence of blank holder force, friction coefficient and die clearance on the sheet forming performance was analyzed. The quenching effect was predicted by the simulation of the packing pressure quenching stage, and the feasibility of the model was verified. The actual production test is consistent with the simulation results, which shows that numerical simulation can accurately analyze the hot stamping process of ultra-high strength steel and provide a reliable basis for the design and production of the sheet metal forming.
