为建立企业职业危害信息管理模式提供基础资料,用层次分析法(AHP)对江苏省某市6家蓄电池铅暴露企业,4家二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)暴露企业,3家甲苯和二甲苯暴露企业的职业危害程度进行评价。结果显示,各层一致性指数CI(consistent index)及随机一致性比率CR(consistent rate)均小于0.10。在参评的13家企业中,危险系数列在前5位的是5家蓄电池生产企业;4家DMF暴露企业危险排名第8、10、11、12位;而苯、二甲苯的企业危险系数分列在第6、第9、第13位。与综合评价法评价结果相比,此方法在评价危险系数较高或较低的企业完全一致,而危险系数居中的企业差异较大。提示,AHP评价方法指标体系全面,权重系数符合逻辑。评估结果比较符合企业的实际情况,该方法可用于职业危害高危化工企业快速筛选。
In order to provide the basic information for the establishment of enterprise occupational hazard information management mode, AHP was used to analyze six battery lead exposure enterprises, four dimethylformamide (DMF) exposure enterprises, three toluene and xylene Exposure to the degree of occupational hazards to evaluate. The results showed that consistent index (CI) and consistent rate (CR) of all levels were less than 0.10. Among the 13 enterprises participating in the assessment, the top 5 risk factors are 5 battery manufacturers; 4 DMF exposure companies ranked 8th, 10th, 11th and 12th; while the benzene and xylene enterprises’ risk factors Columns 6, 9, 13. Compared with the evaluation results of the comprehensive evaluation method, this method is completely consistent in evaluating the enterprises with higher or lower risk coefficients, while the enterprises with the highest risk factors are quite different. Hint, AHP evaluation method index system is comprehensive, the weight coefficient is logical. The evaluation results more in line with the actual situation of enterprises, the method can be used for rapid screening of high-risk chemical industry occupational hazards.
