先天性玻璃体囊肿相当少见,有来自睫状体与玻璃体的学说。在胎生初期未成熟的睫状体成分误入玻璃体内,在赤道部附近呈囊状发育,由于玻璃体液化而发生漂浮。作者报告1例先天性者经光凝固后显著缩小。患者女性47岁,左眼有浮游物,在眼底后极部玻璃体内有一表面光滑、褐色素薄膜包围的单纯性球形囊肿,约大2 PD,随眼动而浮游。以氙弧光加+10D的透镜聚焦,照射囊肿14次。患者仰卧位时囊肿位于视乳头之鼻上方,因此对黄斑部无危险。曝光之瞬间即见囊肿之表面稍收缩,变灰色。光凝固后明显缩小,次日缩小为其原大的1/2,17天后仅有原大的1/4。相应处视网膜可
