辽宁省电力有限公司要求对大连地方电厂的自动化信息实现自动采集,由于部分电厂地理位置偏僻,采用数据专网进行信息采集的方案,预计需要投入资金1.22亿元,从经济角度考虑难以实现。为此,提出了基于GPRS技术的信息无线采集方案。通过可行性分析,GPRS技术完全可以满足信息采集的经济性和实时性的要求。此项目在2009年10月圆满完成,在12月通过安全防御试验,试验证明系统的安全分区和隔离措施可以有效阻止外界的攻击侵害,避免重要信息的泄露。从2010年1~6月的运行情况看,信息的采集和传输准确、稳定,表明偏远电厂利用GPRS技术实现无线采集的方案是可行的。
